The paper "The Interplay of Opinions and Behavior in Social Trading: The Dynamics of Early Cryptocurrency Adoption" by Ye Liu, Mingwen Yang, Matthias Pelster, and Yong Tan has been accepted for publication in Information Systems Research (a Financial Times 50 journal). The paper offers a contribution to our understanding of social learning in early cryptocurrency adoption. In particular, the paper provides valuable evidence on how expressed opinions and observed trading behavior jointly shape adoption decisions, and how credibility, market uncertainty and returns, and investor heterogeneity condition these effects.
